The SpinGreen sign-up form runs to one page and six fields, and I finished it in about three minutes on my phone. If you want to join SpinGreen, you need a UK address, a mobile number that receives texts and a date of birth that puts you at 18 or over. Email confirmation and security settings follow, and a couple of those steps have quirks.
SpinGreen Registration Essentials
The SpinGreen register button sits in the top right corner of the homepage, and it opens the form straight away. An account gives you the full slots library, the live casino lobby and whichever promotions are running that week. I deposited £20, received a £20 match bonus within a minute and found a 40x wagering requirement on the bonus portion. That works out at £800 of wagering before you can withdraw anything won from it. Top benefits of registration:
- Access to the slots and live casino lobbies
- The welcome match bonus and weekly reload offers
- Saved favourites and a full game history
- Live chat support open 24 hours a day
Required Personal Details & Age Check
SpinGreen registration asks for these details:
- Full name, spelled as it appears on your passport or driving licence
- Email address
- UK mobile number
- Date of birth
- Home address and postcode
SpinGreen checks your date of birth and address against third-party databases the moment you submit the form. I passed first time. A single wrong letter in your name fails the check, and you then upload a photo of your ID instead. Anyone under 18 cannot register, and the casino closes any account that fails the age check.
Choosing a Secure Password
SpinGreen accepts passwords of eight characters or more with at least one number and one capital letter. Go longer. I used a 16-character passphrase made of four unrelated words and a number, and the form took it without complaint. Skip birthdays, football club names and anything visible on your social media profiles. A password manager, such as Bitwarden or the one built into your phone, stores it so you do not have to remember it.
Activating Your New SpinGreen Account
Once you sign up to SpinGreen, an email with a confirmation link arrives. Mine took under a minute. Click the link and your account goes live. On a second test with a Hotmail address, the message landed in spam, so check that folder before you request another. Still nothing after ten minutes? Open live chat and ask the agent to resend it.
Email or SMS Verification Link
SpinGreen sends a link by email and a six-digit code by text. The code expires after ten minutes, and mine reached my EE phone in about 40 seconds. Enter the code on the verification screen, then click the email link. Check both contact details before you submit, because changing either afterwards means contacting support.
A second check waits before your first withdrawal. SpinGreen asks for a photo of your ID and a proof of address dated within three months, such as a utility bill. Upload both on the day you register. My documents cleared in about six hours, which beats waiting until you have winnings to cash out.
Standard SpinGreen Login Procedure
Logging back in takes two fields: your email and your password. The Log in button sits next to Register on desktop and inside the menu on mobile. SpinGreen runs in the browser on Chrome, Safari and the default Android browser, so there is no app to download. Slots loaded in about three seconds on 4G in my tests.
Entering Credentials Safely
Check the address bar before you type anything. You should see the padlock icon and the exact SpinGreen domain, with no extra hyphens or characters. Phishing emails copy the green logo, so open the site from a bookmark you saved yourself. Three habits protect your login:
- Use a password you have not used anywhere else
- Skip public Wi-Fi in cafés and stations
- Switch on two-factor authentication
“Remember Me” vs Public Devices
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| Keeps you signed in for 30 days on your own phone or laptop, so you reach the lobby in one tap. | Gives anyone who picks up a shared or public device full access to your balance and account details. |
I tick Remember Me on my own phone and nowhere else. On a work computer or a shared laptop, leave the box empty, press Log out when you finish and clear saved passwords in the browser settings.
Enhanced SpinGreen Login Security
SpinGreen offers two layers beyond your password: two-factor authentication and biometric login on mobile. Both sit under Account, then Security, and setting up two-factor took me about two minutes.
Two-Factor Authentication Options
| 2FA Method | Pros | Cons |
|---|---|---|
| SMS | Easy to set up, works on any mobile | Fraudsters can intercept codes through SIM-swap attacks |
| Authenticator app | Works without signal, codes refresh every 30 seconds | Needs an app such as Google Authenticator |
| No extra app or phone signal needed | Codes took up to two minutes to arrive in my test |
I picked the authenticator app. SMS codes reached my phone fast, but the app keeps working when signal drops on the train. Once you enable a method under Security, SpinGreen asks for a code each time you log in from a new device.
Biometric / Passkey Login on Mobile
Open Security, tap Biometric login and approve the prompt on your phone. I set up Face ID on an iPhone and a fingerprint on a Samsung, and each took under 30 seconds. After that you log in with a glance or a touch. Desktop browsers offered no passkey option when I tested, so you still type your password on a laptop.
SpinGreen Password Reset & Account Recovery
I forgot my password after two weeks away and had access back in four minutes. The reset option on the login page sends a link to your registered email address, so keep that inbox to hand.
Forgotten Password Flow
- Open the SpinGreen login page and select Forgot password.
- Enter the email address you registered with.
- Check your inbox and spam folder for the reset email.
- Click the link within 30 minutes, before it expires.
- Choose a new password and log in.
Add SpinGreen to your safe senders list if your email filter blocks automated messages. An expired link stops working, so request a fresh one from the same page.
Unlocking a Temporarily Locked Account
SpinGreen locks an account for 24 hours after five wrong password attempts. Three situations trigger a lock:
- Five failed login attempts in a row
- A login from an unfamiliar device or country
- Account details that do not match your ID documents
I locked mine by mistyping a password on a new phone. Live chat unlocked it after I confirmed my date of birth and the last four digits of my mobile number. If suspicious activity caused the lock, expect a request for ID before the agent restores access.
Viewing & Managing SpinGreen Login History
The Login history page sits under Account, then Security. It lists the date, time, device and approximate location of your last 20 sessions. I check mine once a month. A login from a city you have not visited means someone else has your password, so change it, press the Log out of all devices button at the top of the page and message support. You can also end single sessions from the same list. The location comes from your IP address, so a VPN or mobile network may place you in London while you sit in Leeds.
